Double the impact of your gift in honor of Veterans Day

Thanks to a generous $30,000 matching gift challenge from our friends at Crews Subaru and Crews Chevrolet, your gift will help Lowcountry Food Bank provide twice as many meals for coastal South Carolina veterans and their families who are in need of food assistance. Dollar for dollar, Crews Subaru and Crews Chevrolet will match your donation until we reach our goal of $15,000.

According to Feeding America, 1 in 9 working-age veterans are food insecure across the United States. In 2023, Lowcountry Food Bank staff and volunteers prepared 3,170 meals for veterans in our Zucker Family Production Kitchen. Additionally, in partnership with Soldiers’ Angels, we served 570 veteran families each month in 2023.
