Double Your Impact This Veterans Day

$20,000 Matching Gift Challenge | November 11-13

Thanks to a generous $20,000 matching gift challenge from our friends at Crews Subaru, every dollar you donate will be matched – up to $10,000 – to support coastal South Carolina veterans and their families who are in need of food assistance.

According to Feeding Amerca, 1 in 9 working-age veterans experiences food insecurity across the United States. More than 40% of the food we distributed in 2025 was comprised of fresh produce for our neighbors who experience food insecurity, including veterans. The Lowcountry Food Bank team works in partnership with the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center and Community Resource and Referral Centers to ensure local veterans have consistent access to nourishing meals and critical resources.

This Veterans Day, honor those who have served by giving a meaningful gift to support our Veterans Programs, or consider making a gift in honor of a loved one who currently serves or has served.

With great appreciation and respect, the Lowcountry Food Bank team thanks our veterans!
